Here are a few shots from a spring shoot this year in Grizzly Stadium for National Geographic’s “America the Wild” show. I put this post together a couple months ago and then forgot to ever publish it. Anyway, I got to work with some of my favorite people in the Montana filmmaking circle and we had hundreds of thousands of dollars of cutting edge cameras and imaging equipment to play with so it was a fun shoot. It always sort of pains me though to see so much money spent to bring novel and contrived entertainment to television watchers at home on their sofas. That’s the industry I guess. At least “America the Wild” has a lot of redeeming qualities – which is more than you can say for most television shows these days. Click on the photos for larger views with captions.
